Lautman Maska Neill & Company is hiring a Digital Analyst to work on behalf of some incredible non-profits!
In this position, you will work collaboratively with digital teams to transform complex data from various digital platforms into clear, actionable insights that inform campaign strategies and improve performance for nonprofits. You will develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI, write SQL queries, and provide meaningful recommendations rooted in both data and digital direct response marketing expertise.
To succeed in this position, you should have two to five years of experience in digital analytics, business intelligence, or marketing analytics; proficiency with SQL, including writing and troubleshooting complex queries; experience with Power BI or similar platforms, including report and dashboard creation; familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.) and email platforms (Engaging Networks, Luminate Online, etc.); understanding of digital fundraising and direct response KPIs (CTR, ROAS, LTV, etc.); strong communication and data storytelling skills; and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while adapting to shifting priorities. Location flexible. The salary range is $70,000-75,000.
