Marketing Director

Are you a strategic, organized marketing leader with a passion for mission-driven work? As Marketing Director at Avalon Consulting Group, you’ll serve as our internal cheerleader and external storyteller—shaping how we show up in our industry, driving new business growth, and elevating the impact of our nonprofit clients. Partnering closely with the President and COO, you’ll translate leadership vision into a focused marketing roadmap, lead the proposal process, and keep Avalon’s brand, messaging, and proof points pitch-ready. We’re seeking a collaborative leader with 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, and project management (agency or professional services preferred), strong writing and editing skills, confidence juggling priorities under deadlines, and fluency with tools like Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, Monday.com, HubSpot, and WordPress.
