PMG, a production management firm headquartered in Columbia, MD, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to work with our nonprofit clients and their creative agencies on direct mail fundraising programs. As the first line of support for both clients and suppliers, the Production Manager is expected to take full ownership of assigned programs under the direction of a Team Leader and lead all aspects of direct mail production, including developing proposals, confirming specifications, selecting suppliers, reviewing proofs and laser setups, writing clear instructions, managing workflows, and ensuring accurate billing.
